Overview

My startup journey introduced me to business registration, trademarks, and the preparation needed before a legal consultation. I used that experience to frame a narrow task for an agent: gather the record and make the missing information visible.

I covered trademark registration and opposition, including Nice Classification, filing details, and procedural dates. These gave the demonstration a concrete set of documents and questions to organize.

This one time demo supported consultation preparation, not legal advice.

Consultation Workflow

Fact and document intake

I organized the parties' legal names, authorization documents, the notice receipt date, application details, classes, and earliest evidence of public use.

Professional handoff

I separated facts from open questions and missing evidence, so the lawyer could see what to ask for or verify next.

Architecture and Controls

I used OpenClaw to work with IPOS materials and supplied documents. I also discussed Mattermost, local memory, and local gateway, model, and skill options.

I kept source documents beside the relevant facts. A receipt date and a filing date have different roles; combining them into a fluent summary should not erase that distinction.
