Eight Workflow Demos
I connected eight workflows in one OpenClaw environment, with a coordinator delegating to specialists with different systems and permissions.
- Book and pay: Prepare a Chope reservation and Google Calendar entry, and purchase a specialist market report through Tempo, with approval of the exact booking and payment terms.
- Prepare business travel: Assemble a Singapore guide from official entry, airport, transport, weather, and dining sources, with dates and source links.
- Monitor opportunities: Use GeBIZ and Enterprise Singapore to identify relevant opportunities, check eligibility and deadlines, and remove duplicates against a Notion list.
- Analyze business data: Compare regional revenue, order volume, margins, and customer segments through approved BigQuery analyses.
- Use company knowledge: Retrieve permitted Notion passages and use Amazon Bedrock to prepare answers linked to their sources while preserving document access rules.
- Prepare expert handoffs: Organize company documents and a synthetic clinical recording into briefs with source references for legal and clinical review.
- Prepare the regional close: Read Xero records, reconcile totals, and prioritize accrual, intercompany, foreign exchange, and documentation exceptions for finance review.
- Test before release: Replay five saved business cases in an isolated evaluation environment without repeating bookings, payments, or updates.
