Problem and Context
Travel insurance involves unfamiliar policy language and information scattered across conversations, images, and documents. The prototype brings those inputs into one guided flow, with a chance to review details before handoff.
User Flow
- Describe a trip, coverage question, or claim through the conversational interface.
- Supply supporting text, voice input, images, or documents.
- Review and correct the structured information collected.
- Read a plain language coverage explanation.
- Prepare the reviewed request for an insurer or support representative.
Architecture and Scope
The design uses Next.js and React for the conversational interface, with speech processing, OCR, and AI assisted conversation feeding structured intake. Coverage explanation and claim collection lead to a provider handoff.
Policy issuance, payments, claim decisions, and settlement are simulated handoffs in the prototype.
